Its a BOY!

We have decided this is the easiest way to add to our family! Jackie and Justin are getting married in the Salt Lake City Temple on August 22, 2008 at 3:00pm. A reception to follow in Moscow on August 29th in our backyard from 6:00 - 9:00. To get the full details on the how it all happened - check out Jackie's blog. Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great weekend.  The Lake is 5 feet above normal because of all the snow - so no boats were allowed out on the lake.  We were really bummed!  Our bridge out to the dock was totally under water and so was our beach!  We hope it goes down soon so we can get out and play on our boat!

ON TO STATE!!

Lauren played on a Mixed doubles Tennis team for Districts this year and they placed 2nd. They take the top 2 from districts and send them to the State tournament in Boise. So we left on Thursday. They didn't do very well at State but they had fun! Next year she is determined to go to State as a Singles player. Anyone want to go hit? She is taking anyone she can find!

Savannah got Braces today! Here is a before and after picture. They kinda hurt and she isn't as excited now as she was before they were on! The orthodontist said it would be about 2 years!

Happy Mothers Day!

I had a great Mothers Day! Jackie came over before church and started dinner. I came home from church and was told to go to my room - which had my favorite movie playing "Sleepless in Seattle". We had a great dinner and lovely presents and Lauren even tried to make a cake! (Bless her little heart - she is not very good in the kitchen) After her little fiasco we decided she needed to learn a few more things before she goes to college next year and starves.Lauren and the beautiful Mothers day cake! I did taste better than it looked!

My Neice Chantel graduated this weekend also and we had a bridal shower for her on Friday night! We will really miss her when she is gone!

National Honor Society

Lauren was inducted into the National Honor Society tonight! It is quite an achievement. Not only do have to work really hard in school and have an Excellent GPA - you also have to show that you have excelled outside of the classroom. Lauren has played Varsity sports, participated in future problem solvers, on the Senate at school and done many hours of service. We were very proud tonight for her to be part of the Honor Society. Way to go our little Nerd!!!

High School Musical

All my girls and a bunch of Friends went to see the Broadway Production of High School Musical up in Spokane! It was really great! The girls were all singing along and clapping! It was a great one for Grace - Her first Broadway show - She loved it! Savannah even got an Autograph from actor who played Troy !

Lauren had prom last night. They went to dinner at a place called the Silos. Lauren had been sick all week with a bad sore throat and cold so we were hoping she would be better. She did and looked great! Laurens date was Spencer Hubbard and Annie's date was Scott Hull.
